This limited time offer is subject to the following terms and conditions, in addition to our standard terms and conditions of purchase.

For the fixed amount of £500 + VAT per month, Fit2Communicate will provide the services listed below in bold to small and medium sized organisations (SME). An SME is defined as having fewer than 250 employees and a turnover of less than €50 million as set out in EU Recommendation 2003/361.

A personalised 30 day rolling communication plan for your organisation

The first month will be developed following an initial fact finding discussion of up to 60 minutes with a member or members of your organisation and sent to you by email within 48 hours.

A monthly message that you can share with all of your employees

We will send you a message of up to 500 words on the agreed day - usually following the monthly check in. One revision of this document is included.

A 30 minute monthly check in call with us

This will take place at a mutually agreed time with a member or members of your organisation. The purpose will be to review activities against the communication plan and agree content for each monthly message.

Ongoing email support

This will be subject to a fair usage policy that we will apply on a discretionary basis. You will be advised if you are likely to exceed the deemed fair usage policy.

The first monthly payment will be required prior to commencement of any agreed work.

Subsequent monthly payments will be invoiced approximately 10 days in advance of the new month.

These will continue to be invoiced every month until further notice.

You can cancel the arrangement at any time by giving 28 days notice in writing.

We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
