Communicative leadership requires leaders to:

  • Role model and recognise behaviors and actions they want to see in others.
  • Engage employees in dialogue – connecting and listening.
  • Actively share and seek feedback.

  • Be open and involved.


We’ve taken these principles to provide a range of support for leaders, including one to one coaching, workshops to build stronger leadership teams, leadership toolkits and communication-focused sessions at leadership events.


We specialise in using DISC-based profiles to help leaders understand their natural and work based communication styles, and those of their teams, to benefit from strengths and spot blind spots, taking action accordingly.
